Truce...What truce?
So over the weekend Jeff Zucker, who not only runs NBC but also NBC NEWS
and Jeff Immelt the man in charge of the parent company GenElectric had a couple of meetings with Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch and reportedly came to a cease fire accord where as both MSNBC and FOX NEWS can co-exist in harmony..
Pity no one told that to the Kim Jong Il of MSNBC, Keith Olberman (or as we call him Klowny McPoopy Pants), seems the wobbily weeble forgot who signs his checks and went back on the attack over FOX NEWS,AND NEVER GOT HIS STORIES CONFIRMED, when will he learn not to trust overzealous bloggers who also cant seem to have a straight story.
Lets look at the reasons for the ceasing of hostilities between FOX NEWS and MessNBC, it all has to do with three letters L-N-S.
Last year FOX and NBC owned and operated stations decided to join up and form a "news co-operative" called LOCAL NEWS SERVICE, and its been working real great , plus GE signed a big deal with FOX and all its entities to advertize. so now lets fast forward to last night .
While Bill O'Reiley had on his usual fair and balanced show, What did "Orange Slice" have on his... the same uncle bizzaro act of rip and read with not even one iota of fact checking, this time the "misguided missle of mis-information"
had reported at length on Nancy Genovese who was arrested outside an air base taking pictures, now while the real media told the full story , what did Olberfhony do, he said that she decided that the base was indeed a FEMA detention base after a report on FOX NEWS' GLENN BECK SHOW..only trouble was, Glenn Beck never said any of that .
Seems keith would rather take the words of Daily Kos and other blogs who dont even FACTcheck stories so much they make the new york times look smart instead of CHECKING FACTS BEFORE AIRING THE STORY.
And that my friends makes Keith Olberman "THE WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD OF JOURNALISM"
Hey Keith, here's an idea ..try telling the facts for once,maybe then you'll finally get it, until then keep being the third brother Grimm, as we all know
