>>>Remember when Pita told me she resigned as host of "De Mananita" that I told certain Telemundo execs that they will regret it to the point that they wouldnt make it to their 4th anniversary October 29th 2005???, well guess what..THEY GOT CANCELLED!

Due to low ratings (the truth being they LOST 70% of their viewers when Pita left) De Mananita AND its lead in "HOY EN EL MUNDO" have been cancelled, their last shows will air October 7th,they will be replaced by a show that is a mix of televisa's "HOY" (which Pita is a segment host), and "NBC NEWS TODAY", it will be called "Cada día con María Antonieta,” (Every Day with María Antonieta) anchored by former UNIVISION weekend Anchor Queen Maria Antonieta Collins who recently signed with Telemundo after 15 plus years on Univision.

Well,well,well..seems a couple of Telemundo Execs will be dining on roasted crow with a chablis and a pepto bismol chaser!...BON APPETITE BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!, I said the ratings would crash, and they did..THEY CRASHED BIG TIME!

Replacing CBC News with crap from BBC,management must think CBC Viewers are dumb,

No announcers on the CFL ,no Peter Mansbridge or CANADA NOW.....

Whats that clicking? thats CBC viewers, they're sick and tired of the BBC

They're turning to CTV...EVEN GLOBAL HAS VIEWERS NOWWWWWW.

CBC Management, quit jerkin your viewers,settle this and resume programming

>>NASCAR must've had a big time fit today, see the EXACT title of the MIS race is "GFS MARKETPLACE 400"..BUTTTTTTTT, since they did'nt pony up the bucks guess what TNT was told to call it.."NASCAR NEXTEL CUP RACE IN MICHIGAN PRESENTED BY TRANSPOTTER2", but TNTs version of Ken Squirer (BILL WEBBER) Slipped 8 times by calling it the CORRECT name and not the generic corporate bull squat that NASCAR wanted it to be.

>>Congrats to the head man at GFS MARKETPLACE for adding a zing to the command,now THATS a command from the fans!

>>Man, has Univision got some troubles ahead of them, first another scandal with Primer Impacto, their weekend anchor is having a fling with a actress...sheesh, what is with that show???
NOW Univision loses their weekend anchor to Telemundo who will replace the morning queen of "hoy En El Mundo",now where is she going??? maybe back to De Mananita to replace Kenya ...its going to be an interesting fall on spanish language TV

>>>>Well this was an interesting weekend kiddies! Where oh where to begin...

FRIDAY...
Ahh it was to be a grand night of joyous freaking out like a mofu! as you know I am THE ULTIMATE SPORTS FREAK! and racing is one of my litle diamond joys...and Friday was the big shindig in Downtown J-town, the Indy Racing League Race Week, and yes friends..SHE WAS THERE!, nooooo not my galpal PITA..(tho I wish she did!) but the other SHE...DANNNNNNIIIICCCCCAAAAAA!
and the town was out in force,including a few nuts..anyway by 6pm there was 300 folks (including me) in line in 86 degree weather just for an autograph an da photo..also unlike last year we doubled the worldwide media in town, Indianapolis TV station WRTV 6 was there in town to cover Danica...along wth our own WLNS 6, no other local station was there,and I got interviewed for the 11pm news ..glee! not only that ,but also I got my pic in the paper.
Also gave my audition tape to a contact of mine who is planning to start up an internet radio station ...more on that later

Lets skip Saturday ok....


Sunday,shopping and laundry,and watching the IRL race


Which brings us back to TONIGHT!
Got a call from my friend who ...well if you read friday you know what he does, anyway HE LOVED THE TAPE, so now we do a Pilot tape and hope to hell it works, and when it does ..PITA YOU WILL BE A PART OF IT !!!

>>OK so tonight was the start up of two new shows, ESPN2's "QUITE FRANKLY with that blow hole Stephen A Smith ,it was ok...but damn does he have to be THAT loud???

>>well at least it was better (and more tollerable) than WLAJs much hyped attempt at a sports show..HONDO's HOUSE,the guy was a bit nervous and it showed,he seemed unprepared and it sort of lacked a feel of a sports bar.oy! this had such promise!

>>Speaking of Disasters...the new dictator finally violated the entire consitution by "Verbally Thugging" congress to name John "thugboy" Bolton as ambassador of the U.N...and here is the
