We remember you,
you fought for our freedom,
you fought for our liberty,
you fought for those who could not fight for themselves.

We remember you,
you risked your lives,
you gave all hope for a better life,
you gave all a chance to breathe free.

We remember you
in midway
in iwo jima
in normady
in vietnam
in korea
in afghanistan
in iraq
in pearl harbor
for these are the battles you fought
for these are the battles won or lost,
for these are the stories you tell us,
for these are the pictures you show us,

be you army
be you marine
be you navy
be you air force

be you a general or private
be you man or woman



We will always remember....
and never forget
the sacrifices you made for the freedoms we cherish
