Oh what a week it was!

Had a lot of fun as we previewed the AWWL wrestling event and it was wild, some great action and best of all me and my broadcast partner "The Brain" were initiated in the circle of wrestlers, it was a fans bring the weapons match and we got a shock as one of the commentator on the TV side took a trio of weapons  , my colleague "The Brain" had a WOK while I had a bamboo pole and my traditional head wear  the army helmet , and WHAMMM!  both of us got that feeling of being actual wrestlers ! 
Roy had "The Brain" hold  his wok to his chest , and Roy (who was a wrestler BTW) just pounded his fist on hit , then took my helmet and had him place the wok over the head,it sounded like  a damn freaking wrestling bell.

Then ..it was my turn , first the helmet worked!  i wore it and was SMASHED on the head with a steel highway road sign, then after the event ..Roy took an already busted up bamboo pole..and smashed on my back ..I got a nice sized welt on my back. it was fun!

Well last night Jackson got a national audience thanks to the airing of "DOG AND BETH ON THE HUNT"  on the Cable and Sat network CMT  as they were a part of the manhunt for Ricky Wheeldon , good job by all involved in this case , and it was nice to hear just how much Dwayne "DOG" Chapman and his wife Beth enjoyed their time here .

In other biz

Congratulations Detroit Red Wings on finishing up the DUCK hunt! beating the Anaheim Quackers  3-2 now its on to scap the dreaded Chitown Blackhawks ! 

Also congrats to Sharyl Atkinson of CBS NEWS for proving that there are STILL some true journos out there who continue to make ed murrow proud!


NBCs new fall season slate was announced , and today its FOXs turn ! we'll have the full scheds on L2C on BTR.
