WORLD TELEVISION LEAGUE REPORT
With the writers strike seeing no end in sight, Hollywood is begining to see an end of many TV Series' and the firing of staffers from those shows effected.
Meanwhile, WTL Commish Steve Baxley announced that Seth's TWO shows (Family Guy and American Dad) will not be scored as they are being made by scab writers against the wishes of Mr. McFarlane, and will be frozen in their positions until the strike is over.
The strike has shut down production of many of the league's teams and some teams have enough episode to run till early december, but not enough to make it into a
full season.
"We shall continue to score our teams until the last original episode airs and then we will decide what is next for the league" said Comish Baxley.
Already this is good for the spanish and canadian shows as well as online worldwide TV shows as the writers strike has NO affect on those shows and could also be a boost to cable programming.
As the strike shutsdown shows Networks and production companies have already laid off show staffers and writers whom already are out on strike.
