"If the FCC crackdown of late hasn't frightened you, wait until you hear what some lawmakers are dreaming up next. Sen. Ted Stevens suggests adding the internet to broadcast indecency legislation. And Sens. John D. Rockefeller and Kay Bailey Hutchison are introducing a new bill that would extend FCC indecency restrictions to satellite and cable TV -- and violence. As part of the bill, programmers would be required to air 30-second warnings every 30 minutes."
Makes you wonder if HE fears the NEW media..bloggers!

while I believe in life,I also am a believer in when the big kahuna in the sky says "Its Time to leave",BUT I do NOT believe that our government has the right to butt in ..I do believe that its the very first amendment that says ..Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. in translation,KING GEORGE II, you broke the law,
because by making congress again violate the consitution you have again given america a black eye that we
just cant seem to get rid of, Congress has no rights to interfere with the request of the party of the first part,terry wants to pass on,now I understand that her parents dont want to lose their daughter,they must prepare for the moment as do we in our own lives.
BUT what I dont understand is why it took 15 years for this to make the news programs, and when you have the constant stream of live 24/7 news, you KNOW the nutjobs are going to be just aiming for their 15 minutes of undesired fame,and sure enough the nutjobs did show up, as you know the place Terry is at is PRIVATE PROPERTY,yet 10 people from this wacko religious group all showed up and saw the light..OF THE LIVE TV CAMERAS and made their way to "GIVE TERRY A DRINK OF WATER", police wouldnt let them passand guess what, they got their 15 minutes and a lesson on our justice system,now among the ten arrested was two kids aged 7,8 and 10 part of a family who drove all the way from dallas to try to help, why were'nt they in school???
this has gone from a news story and is now a complete and utter farce!, the judicial system told the family no,so live with it, while I hope the family sees the error of their ways, I fear that the family will cash in on this
and thats disgusting.

time a couple of comics no one ever heard of testified,whats worse, lot of people wonder if the truth is finally getting to MJ, he's been "sick" and broke down and sobbed at one moment during the trial and had to be ushered out, today the jury got to look at MJ pormo collection that he showed to his "sleep over guests"
Now THIS is disturbing..BUT it does answer why he always wore one glove .. sadly the trial continues!

"The Insider" host Pat O'Brien checked himself into rehab for treatment of a long time love of booze,now comes word that this was also one sick puppy who would make these phone sex people look like ministers, apparently there is some voice mail recordings he made to an "unknown woman" and we are talking SOOOOO EXPLICIT that they would make Paris Hiltons sex tapes look like a disney film, some of the tapes even have him requesting his girlfriend to join in for some threesomes...today its been discovered that Betsy's ex beau has a picture of Pat ..uh shall we say "GRABBING THE MICROPHONE" a bit too much and may be selling it on the net . If I were O'Brien, i'd think about maybe going FAR AWAY ....like to a island with no TV !
....And now, as they say on ESPNs "PARDON THE INTERRUPTION", TIME FOR THE BIG FINISH!!!
>>>last night's "American Idol" had yet ANOTHER controversey, the idiots at FOX had mistakenly put the same toll free number up for three contestants, OOPS! so tonight they created a big bonus "we fucked up" special edition tonight...ANYTHING FOR RATINGS!!!, by the way ..Simon Cowell sold his 19 Entertainment production company
